In April 2016, Margery received the Dr. Jorge Arnoldson Memorial Award for her work providing medical care to needy children as well as her decades of service to children and families in the community. Congressman Gerry Connolly of VA read a Commendation into The Congressional Record to congratulate Margery on her decades of work helping children and families.

In June 2016, The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors again honored Margery with a Resolution thanking her for her decades of work which resulted in improved lives for tens of thousands of children and families.

Margery has received a number of awards for her work over the years.

In 1984, the Fairfax County, VA Board of Supervisors named her Child Care Professional of the Year.

In 2003, the Metropolitan Washington Work-Life Coalition named her Work-Life Professional of the Year.

Margery was also accepted into Leadership programs and is a 2004 graduate of Leadership Greater Washington and a 2010 graduate of Leadership Fairfax.

Project™, LLC was founded to encourage you to Notice the world around you while you go about your daily business of working and caring for your family, yourself, and your community. One part of our work is to assist businesses by teaching employees to Notice. Noticing is essential for team-building, better communications, and for innovative leadership.
